As part of HSB Stockholm’s work to create more housing for the members, Marcus Tärnåsen is recruited as new head of property development. Marcus will take office on 1 October.
Marcus Tärnåsen has a background from several different positions in housing development and property ownership. He comes closest to HEBA Fastighets AB, where he has been head of property development.
“Marcus’s mission will be to continue developing HSB Stockholm’s real estate portfolio. He will work to get more housing for HSB Stockholm members, both through new production and by raising more tenancy rights, including in collaboration with other players, “says Anders Svensson, CEO HSB Stockholm.
“It’s exciting to start at HSB Stockholm and get work on creating new housing and rental rights for the bushpairs. One of HSB’s challenges is to increase our production with retained quality and at the right price. I look forward to working in HSB’s organization and building on the tradition of creating the good accommodation, says Marcus Tärnåsen.
