The Board of Uppsala Kommun Fastighets AB has appointed Anders B Lundh as CEO of the company. He will take office on January 1, 2017 and succeed Ove Jansson who has retired.
Lundh has many years of experience in the real estate industry, where he has been assigned as head of department, property manager and CEO. He has been regional manager of Skandia Real Estate and Atrium Ljungberg, and has been a property manager at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences.
Anders B Lundh has also been active in retailing where he has held positions in ICA and Axfood. As self-employed he has run several own stores.
Next, Anders B Lundh comes from Swedavia where he is responsible for commercial property management at the Swedish airports. He is an economist from Uppsala University.
Uppsala Kommuns Fastighets AB is a publicly owned property company owned by Uppsala municipality. The company manages residential and center facilities in Uppsala municipality, including the Gottsunda Center.
